34th Annual PMAH Memorial Weekend CME - Advances and Updates in Patient Care

Join us for a cross-specialties symposium on recent updates and advances in patient care, and review of high yield topics at the 34th Annual PMAH Memorial CME Weekend!  Our event will take place at the luxurious Four Seasons Resort, Ko'Olina. This is a family-friendly event, with activities outside the CME like a NEW Medical Ilocano class on Saturday morning, and our annual Golf & Tennis Tournaments on Sunday, and various activities at the resort available for you and your family members to participate in, some at additional cost. Your registration date and corresponding fee will be determined by the postmarked date on your envelope. How do I become a member of your organization? I'm glad you asked! You may join our organization if you are a physician (MD or DO) practicing in Hawaii. There are several benefits of membership, including discounted rates to our events, opportunities to participate in medical missions to the Philippines, opportunities to mentor future physicians and shape the culture of care for our islands, and access to a large primary care and specialty network and referral base. This event is being reviewed for 10 Prescribed CME credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Participants should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed Credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1. AMA/AAFP Equivalency:AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award.  When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1. What's the refund policy? Registration fees are refundable minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the start of the event (by May 15, 2019, 5pm HST) in order to qualify for a refund, unless special/emergency circumstances apply. Special circumstances will be examined and approved on a case-by-case basis, and may require written confirmation to verify. Refunds will be issued approximately 1 week after the event has concluded. Are meals included in the cost of the CME? A beautifully catered dinner is planned for Saturday night, and is included in the cost of the CME, as well as a happy hour with light snacks during Saturday break, a light morning snack on Sunday, and a sponsored lunch on Sunday.   Companion tickets for dinner on Saturday night and tickets for Sunday Family NIght Dinner can also be added to your registration.
