Hammerdrone, THC, 7's Wild & The Alberta Cropdusters

Making a return to our earlier format of shows, METALHEADS UNITED is bringing you an eclectic line up of bands to satisfy your craving for musical variety. Come check out your favorite band on the line up and hear some great bands from other styles of music. Hammerdrone Formed in October 2010, Hammerdrone features Graham Harris (ex-Genepool, ex-Rotschreck, ex-Reverend Kill) on vocals, Vinnie Cardellini (ex-Reverend Kill) on drums, Rick Cardellini on lead guitar, Curtis Beardy (Krepitus) on rhythm guitar and backing vocals and Teran Wyer (Krepitus, ex-Numenorean, ex-Reverend Kill) on bass. Hammerdrone is an aggressive melodic Death Metal band from Calgary, AB, Canada that mixes ferocious energy with dark atmosphere. Their music has been compared to the likes of Amon Amarth, Behemoth and Dark Tranquility, and has been favourably reviewed from Canada to Nepal, Poland to Italy. If you haven't seen them before, what are you waiting for? Pelican Death Squad Pelican Death Squad is a 2 piece metal, punk, stoner, thrash, rock band with groove!! The band comes from the underground music community in Calgary. Sean Close(Lead guitar/bass/vocals) played with multiple bands including The Turrettes, Primitive Screwheads and OH SHIT. Mark Russell(Drummer/vocals) has joined Sean on the stage for over 10 years, either in bands together or having band battles. Mark Russell has played in BDFM, OH SHIT, Citizen Rage. This project is for everyone, with the band never limiting themselves to one genre of music. And if you close your eyes, you'd swear that there is a whole stage full of musicians, not just two guys making all that noise! Terminal Human Condition Do you like to have your guts busted by a ludicrously large drum set? Would you like your heart to implode from a deep, resounding rhythm section?
