Cannabis Rise 420 Rally - 2017

At no time in history has MN ever had a bill in play for legalization, before NOW! We've brought our legislators together to talk about this pivotal moment in the mission to end marijuana prohibition. This is a peaceful rally of like minded people using their rights to freedom of speech and assembly to broadcast our OVERWHELMING support for our neighbors who are suffering on the current medical marijuana program, watching their children die due to opiates, or being arrested for entertaining a plant who's greatest ill to society is the way that it is categorized and prohibited. While this is serious business, we also want to honor the struggle and celebrate the strides that have been made and the people who wake up everyday in the battle to be NORML. We are so excited to see you in the crowd! This is something we can do together. COME AND BE SEEN! #LetThePeopleDecide 1:00 - 3:00 pm: INSIDE in the Capitol Rotunda (lawmakers who authored and signed HF926 and HF927) Hear your legislators discuss the merits of legalization and their roles in the movement to end prohibition. 4:00 - 7:00 pm: OUTSIDE the Capitol on the upper mall- Music/ Celebration, 420 visibility! 1:00 - 7:00 pm: FOOD TRUCKS will be on site!
