This course is designed to give a basic understanding of the current impacts of Marijuana laws on real estate in Colorado, including a review of the Ballot and Amendment 64, basic understanding of the law, the dangers of buyer brokerage when marijuana products area in the open, identifying potential grow operations as well as known grow operations for personal use and how to deal with the potential disclosures that will need to made to avoid liability by the broker.
