420 Vancouver 2017 (Classic)

As Canada sits on the brink of "legalization", and thousands are still being arrested for plant "crimes", Vancouver prepares for the biggest free 4/20 farmer's market EVER! Speakers Robert Moore, Cheryl T Rose, Daron Rutter, Rainbow John, and more. As it has for twenty years, the community will be peacefully protesting at the Vancouver Art Gallery! In the heart of the city, the Art Gallery has room for tens of thousands, including hundreds of vendor stalls. It's visible to the media and public, so we can get our message out! There will be 2 stages (main and educational) with live music, deejays, giveaways, a bakewalk, and workshops. Toilets, garbage bins, and several "Safety Squad" booths are provided. This year, the 420 Games (https://www.facebook.com/vancouver420games/) will take place at 4/20 Classic, and includes infused jello bikini wrestling! Show up early in the day to take part. Members of the Weed Women (https://www.facebook.com/weedwomen.ca/) will be meeting fans, appearing on stage, and running a $2 dab bar! The Vancouver 420 BudBowl (https://www.facebook.com/vancouverbudbowl/) will be announcing their winners live on the main stage just before 4:20! (To get involved as a competitor or judge, check it out ASAP.) And as usual, there will be a 19+ joint giveaway at 4:19 by the main stage! It's free to vend and free to attend! Over 50 vendors are already confirmed, and spots are going fast, so please send us a message with your vendor name and contact info and we'll put you on the map. This public rally is a protest against the bad laws of prohibition. As a protest, all ages are permitted. Vendors will only be selling to adults 19+ with photo ID.
