Life is about making choices. Choosing what suits us best allows us a sense of control over the direction of our lives. However, when "under the influence" of drugs, the logic behind the choices we make changes and we become altered versions of ourselves. The line begins to blur between being in control and being controlled. In a sense, no one ever chooses to actually do drugs, they simply choose to allow the drugs to do them.
