VOC Emissions from Marijuana Cultivation and Processing

Please join us for a presentation by Mike Wolf, Permitting and Enforcement Branch Chief of the Washoe County Health District: Air Quality Management Division about a sampling study conducted by the Desert Research Institute (DRI) and AQMD involving volatile organic compounds from the cultivation and processing of marijuana. The new data sampled within the various facilities in California and Washoe County allowed the marijuana emissions factors for cultivation and processing to be recalculated to be used for air quality permitting, enforcement, and planning. Lunch will be a Qdoba taco or burrito bar. Please RSVP by Friday, May 19. Follow the Ticket URL above to register with PayPal or email us at [email protected] and pay at door with cash/check to RSVP.
