Dee Dussault started Ganja Yoga as a monthly class in 2009 in Toronto, and now teaches twice-weekly sessions in San Francisco, with many other teachers around the continent following suit. However, yogis have been using cannabis to enhance spiritual practice for millennia. I n her new book, 'Ganja Yoga' (2017, Harper Collins), Dee shares the long history of cannabis and yoga, the ample scientific data supporting cannabis and yoga as key medicines for mental, physical, and spiritual health, and tips to keep the practice safe, regardless of one's level or experience.
