Terpenes are essential oils that produce aroma, flavor and have beneficial medicinal properties. In this class we learn about the different and beneficial qualities of terpenes and organic compounds found in cannabis and other botanicals. What Can I Expect? Get guided instruction, homemade recipes, and advice from ethnobotany expert Heather Neuman about how cannabis, along with other botanicals, can be used to make your own homemade body care and beauty products. Participate in a demo to make your very own hemp lotion. This class is held in a private residence. Please note that this event is BYOC (bring your own cannabis) and BYOB/wine in order to comply with local laws that prohibit the provision of cannabis. Exact address will be provided after purchase of ticket in order to comply with local laws for private cannabis events. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Yes, you must be 21 years or oler, and show a valid ID in order to attend. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Participants are encouraged to utilize ride-share options and public transportation. Location is near H Street corridor, and is only a short walk from both Union Station and/or the Armory. Street parking is limited at venue.
