Marijuana Edibles Extracts Job Training (Production Facility)

Recreational Marijuana is coming in 2017! NOW is the time to get certified so you are next in line for employment. As of January 1st, 2017, adults 21 or older can be in the possession of marijuana. TRIM READY� has graduated over 2015 students since January 2015 and placed graduates at the following Medical Marijuana Establishments (MME): SHANGO, Euphoria Wellness, Canabiotix, INYO Cannabis Dispensary, THE Source, Cannacopia, Silver Sage Wellness, Oasis Dispensary, LV Releaf, Nevada Medical Marijuana, Thompson Farms, Rite Greens, NuVeda, Evergreen Organix, Green Life Productions, The Grove, Medizin and Greenway Medical. Hands-on training: Dakota from BAM (Nevada Medical Group) will be leading a demonstration on Solventless Extracts and Rosin. With the ancillary products sector of the cannabis industry growing exponentially, this course focuses on the edible manufacturing and marijuana infused products business. During this 3 hour course, students will also learn about processor operating procedures, employment policies oil extraction and infusion best practices. Curriculum covers culinary and non-culinary jobs. THIS COURSE COVERS NEVADA'S REQUIRED MEDICAL MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENT AGENT TRAINING SET FORTH IN NAC 453A.336. -Proper use of security measures, procedures for responding to an emergency. -Understanding the difference between topical products, edible marijuana products and marijuana-infused products. -Processor facility operating procedures. -Methods used to create edible marijuana products and marijuana-infused products. -Procedures for handling products including procedures used to prepare, produce, package and store marijuana products. There is no age requirement to attend the course, although the state you choose to work in might have age restrictions on working in a licensed cannabis facility.
