GanjaPreneuer Investor Conference will take place in a large extravagant venue called Club Mate. We are hosting a investors conference with workshops, forums and guest speakers at for those that are interested Cannabis Industry. Artist performance cost is $50.00 includes a photo shoot, and interview on THC museum website and GrowClub DC. If you are interested in becoming a vendor please dont hesitate to participate this will be a great way to sell your product/services to a wide audience range of male and females from the ages of 18-70 years old. The cost for a table or booth will be $75.00 to $150.00 fee for 9 hours you can promote your product/service to people attending the event. Investors Conferences are appropriate for all ages.Guests over the age 18 are allowed Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? It is strongly suggest you bring the printed tickets. If that is not possible, please have the tickets on your smartphone screen when you check in. Your name will also be on the guest list at the door. What is the refund policy? Tickets are refundable. If you cannot attend, email us with the details, and we may be able to refund your money to appropriate account . The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that OK? Yes, it is OK. You can email us the name of the buyer and the name of the guest who will attend, in case of any question, but it is not required. Will I receive printed tickets? You will receive two email confirmations: One from Eventbrite and one from PayPal (the payment processor). The Eventbrite email will have your ticket attached which you should print and bring with you. If you cannot print your tickets, please have the confirmation on your smartphone screen when you check in. The guest name will also be on on the guest list at the door. Look in the “TYPE” box on your ticket for your specific show date and time. If you do not see the email message from EventBrite with your tickets within 24 hours, check you Spam folder, and if you still do not see it, email us and we will re-send it. Vendors? Think of every possibility and be prepared by packing well. Do not arrive expecting things will be available only to then find you have no access, arrive prepared to make it easier for yourself to setup. Is there a dress code for guests? Dress to impress but their is no dress code but do not require any inappropriate clothing with lettering offending anyone. My friends and I bought tickets separately, can we be seated together? You will have the best chance to sit together if you arrive together at the venue. We cannot guarantee a particular seating arrangement. How long does conference last? There will be several sessions with guest speakers, workshops, forums, at the event is broken up into sessions approximately 15 to 20 minutes, including performances. How early should I arrive to check in? All vendors I would recommend coming early to setup once all seats are good, there is no need to arrive extra early. Can I take photos during the event? Discreet photo taking from your seat is allowed. No long lenses, flashes, standing up during the show, or blocking other guests’ views. We will have our own photo/ video crew covering the event.
