We will have a Saturday Morning breakfast with the Doctor while you get your recommendation! We welcome you with a discounted rate for our first ever Breakfast. We welcome you to have a free breakfast and meet our team at our facility! Bring in your records if you have any. FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Yes must be 18 years or older, otherwise must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Yes email me at [email protected] Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes, must be done 3 days before the event, must be the original purchaser to transfer to another date.
