Hemp Fiber Workshop

This event will focus on cottage scale hemp fiber processing using brakes, hackles and combs. Kacie Lynn from the Fiber Farm will demonstrate how you can create your own hemp fiber creations using spinning and weaving techniques. You can also connect with individuals active in Tennessee's hemp industry to learn how hemp fiber is taking root as a natural fiber industry in Tennessee. This event is sponsored by Tennessee Grown LLC. We will be grilling out hempdogs to purchase and serving up farm fresh watermelon.
