Dr. Mike Hemphill Leadership as Storytelling Dr. Mike Hemphill is the Director of Academic Programming for the Clinton Foundation and is managing the Presidential Leadership Scholars Program, a joint national initiative of the presidential centers of William J. Clinton, George H.W. Bush, Lyndon Baines Johnson, and George W. Bush. Prior to joining the Clinton Foundation, Dr. Hemphill served as Provost and Dean of Centenary College of Louisiana, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Chief Academic Officer at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, and spent 24 years at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he served as Chair of the Department of Speech Communication and Dean of the College of Professional Studies. Dr. Hemphill holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree from the University of Iowa. Location: Donaghey Student Center, Room G UA-Little Rock Campus Refreshments: Light refreshments will be served. Cost: $20 contribution to cover costs, per event $5 for students with ID Certificate: This Lecture Series will cover topics on current leadership and change management. Attendees at each of the four lectures in a given academic year will receive a certificate of completion.
