CHOOSE ONE DATE THAT WORKS FOR YOU: Cost is $30 Thursday 8/3 {6-7:15 pm} Friday 8/4 {9:30-10:45 am} or Saturday 8/5 (9:30-10:45 am} We will start by taking in a cannabis tincture, that also contains essential oils. You'll have the option to smoke a selection of quality herb, {sativa or CBD/indica strains}. You will be offered an iced herbal tea infusion. The herbs in the blend support many body systems including; respiration, immunity, digestion, musculoskeletal and the nervous system. We will practice 30 minutes of yoga Asanas (poses) that increase circulation,decrease tension, and prepare the body and mind for meditation. We will lay in a relaxation pose (Savasana) for five minutes, closing our physical practice. I will then guide you through a deep, meditative relaxation {Yoga Nidra} for about 25 minutes. You will experience a brief transitional meditation to prepare you for re-entry into your life "off the mat". *You have the option to opt-out of the cannabis portion of this workshop
