A great training day to assist Snowball leaders who want to help their youth leaders and Snowballl participants understand the issues of marijuana today, separate fact from fiction, and discuss how marijuana impacts Illinois now and the possibilities of in the future. This training is an opportunity to understand the reality of states who have already legalized, the likelihood of legalization initiatives in Illinois and create a strategy to protect public health and safety with partners.
