Recreational marijuana use is now legal in Massachusetts, and following the passage of state legislation, there is new information for local boards. This workshop will cover where we are now and what has changed since the passage of the legislation, including: Planning Boards: Zoning for retail, growing, and processing operations Select Boards: Process for a temporary moratorium, local licensing and taxation options Boards of Health: process for licensing and inspection.
