Join South Shore Health System's Youth Health Connection for a month-long, interactive display called "Weeding Through the Myths: Marijuana in Massachusetts" at the Hanover Mall starting September 5. Participants will learn about the effects of marijuana on the adoloscent brain and will also receive an overview of the legal ramifications stemming from the new law. Medical professionals and local law enforcement will also be there throughout the month to educate and answer questions. The event is brought to the community by South Shore Health System, Youth Health Connection, the Plymouth County District Attorney's office and the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office. Display hours are: • Mondays and Wednesdays: 5–7 p.m. • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 10 a.m.–1 p.m. • Saturdays: 1–3 p.m.
