In the first half of the 19th century Kentucky was one of the leading producers of hemp in the nation and Henry Clay was the crop’s leading advocate. Kentucky is in the process of bring back this important crop and Ashland is part of the process. Join us for a special dinner prepared by Chef Jeremy Ashby of Azur Food Group featuring dishes containing hemp products.
