We would invite you to join the members and supporters of Safe Access Tennessee at the first Tennessee General Assembly (TGA) Medical Cannabis Task Force meeting sponsored by the Lt. Governor (Speaker of the Senate) and the Madame Speaker of the House. Appropriate attire for a meeting of our State Legislature is coat and tie. We ask that you wear your Sunday Best if you do not wear coat and tie. T-shirts and jeans are not appropriate attire for this meeting. The meeting will be September 21, 2017 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Tennessee Tower, Nashville Room 1, 312 Rosa L. Parks Ave. You will need to pass thru Security run by State Troopers to enter the meeting. Firearms are not allowed in TGA Meetings. The Tennessee Tower is at the corner of Charlotte Ave, Rosa Parks and 7th Ave. There is public parking at several lots within a few blocks (see below) of this location – many people find parking at the Nashville Public Library a convenient location. It is located on Church Street between 6th and 7th Avenues (enter on 6th or 7th). Paid parking options are also available in the general area.
