Halloween Canna-Carnival

Join High's and Hello's for an evening of Halloween fun, games, and cannabis education. This event will have carnival games, popcorn, cotton candy, and other carnival treats. Prizes will be awarded to the best female and male Halloween costume. **Halloween Costumes not required to attend but Strongly Encouraged** Attendees must be 21 years or older only to attend this event. If you are a cannabis advocate and adore the fall season and everything Halloween then this is an event that you will not want to miss!!
