Sac Activist School presents: The Legalization of Cannabis and You, An Info Session For a long time now, California has allowed the use of medical marijuana for qualified patients. Recently the State of California passed SB 64 legalizing the growing, possession and ingesting of recreational marijuana for adults. Additionally, SB 64 legalized the sale of recreational marijuana beginning the new year through licensed businesses. This year, SB 94 has joined all of the regulation framework for marijuana in the State and the City of Sacramento has worked to create a framework to regulate all of this in our city limits. Now is the time to learn about it! Please attend this info session to learn a brief history of the laws regarding cannabis in California and what they mean to the at-home grower, smoker, eater, dabber, neighbor, potential business person, or other interested party.
