Cannabis Crackdown: Is it time to legalize marijuana?

On Monday, the ACLU of Pennsylvania will release a new report that analyzes seven years of arrest data for marijuana offenses in Pennsylvania. The report will be released and discussed at a press conference in the east wing rotunda at the state capitol. Supporters are welcome to join us.
