Fayetteville MMJ Evaluation Event

Dr. Ivy McGee will see patients in Fayetteville on Saturday, December 2 from 9am until 12pm for medical marijuana card evaluations. YOU MUST BRING: -State-issued Arkansas Identification -Medical records documenting your qualifying condition diagnosis. -The physician's fee ($150, payable with cash or card). According to the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, several conditions qualify patients for their medical marijuana (or MMJ) certifications. Per the amendment, those conditions are cancer, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or ALS, Tourette’s syndrome, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, post-traumatic stress disorder, severe arthritis, fibromyalgia, Alzheimer’s disease. Also, MMJ may be used to treat debilitating conditions that are due to the condition or the treatment of the condition produces cachexia or wasting syndrome, peripheral neuropathy, pain that has not responded to ordinary measures, severe nausea, seizures, or severe and persistent muscle spasms.
