Join us on the second Thursday of every month for our NEW Ganja Yoga Series where we connect community, mindfulness and the cannabis industry together. This month we welcome you, Lucelene Pancini, for an uplifting ganja yoga class. We aim to bring the cannabis community together by having more community-centered events. This ganja yoga class is the perfect unwinding remedy we need as entrepreneurs. A Hatha style yoga class focused on bringing mindfulness with your body and mind while making room for your own spiritual growth. We use Sativas at the beginning of the class for more energy and focus and use Indicas for shavasana (a lying down meditation). You'll have the opportunity to mix and mingle with professionals working in all segments of the cannabis industry in a nonformal setting. Space is limited, so reserve your spot online by grabbing a ticket today. Women Grow local and national members attend our events for free. To claim your ticket use your personal membership code.
