Legalizing Marijuana in NJ: What It Means to Your Business

A majority of U.S. states, including New Jersey, have legalized medical marijuana programs, and a growing number of states are legalizing recreational use in marijuana markets. New Jersey is considering recreational use legalization, and this issue is a 2018 priority of the Murphy administration. CIANJ and the New Jersey Cannabis Industry Association have gathered a panel of experts to discuss what employers need to know and what employer concerns may arise should a recreational use market be legalized in New Jersey.
