Medical marijuana use is permitted in 23 states (and Washington D.C.). Nevada was one of the earliest states to allow medical marijuana use. Employers—whether they like it or not—have to deal with marijuana. It has become a major issue and, unfortunately, is not likely to go away anytime soon.
