Fine, Managing Partner (Boston), Vicente Sederberg LLC Adam Fine helps individuals and businesses navigate the numerous licensing, corporate and regulatory matters involved with opening cannabis dispensaries and related ancillary businesses. As managing partner of Vicente Sederberg’s Massachusetts office he currently represents several medical marijuana dispensaries and prospective marijuana business licensees, and chairs CLE events to educate other lawyers about marijuana law. Adam also contributed to the development of the Commonwealth’s cannabis industry as a co-drafter of the successful Question 4 ballot initiative. Shanel A. Lindsay, Attorney, Inventor and Chairwoman of the Market Participation Subcommittee of the Massachusetts Cannabis Advisory Board Boston-based lawyer and patient advocate Shanel Lindsay founded Ardent Cannabis LLC and invented the precision medicinal cannabis tool, the Ardent Decarboxylator, along with Ardent’s suite of wellness and beauty products. Shanel drafted Massachusetts’ adult use cannabis law, is a founding member and co-chair of the Northeast Cannabis Coalition and counsel to the Massachusetts Patient Advocacy Alliance. She was both recently appointed to the newly-formed Massachusetts Cannabis Advisory Board, where she will work with the Massachusetts government to develop and implement regulations for the medical and adult use markets, and honored by the Boston Business Journal's “40 under 40” for 2017. Scott D. Moskol, Partner and Co-Chair, Cannabis Business Advisory, Burns & Levinson LLP Since 2013, Scott has been providing corporate counsel to clients in the cannabis industry. His nationwide base of clients in this growing practice includes investors, lenders, operators of cultivation and dispensary facilities, consultants and family offices.
