Marijuana: Impact & Current Implications Workshop

Attention: Social workers, licensed professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, nurses, teachers and community members. The Saint Francis University Counseling Center will host the Marijuana: Impact and Current Implications workshop on May 18th in DiSepio 213/214. Registration and continental breakfast beginning at 8:00 am. Workshop Focus: - Medical marijuana: Recent data and new understandings - Personal impact - Interventions: What’s needed and when - Marijuana myths - Legalization in all its forms Cost for the workshop is $75 and includes lunch and 5 CEU credits for social workers, licensed professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, and nurses. This conference is approved by the IU-8 and also offers ACT 48 hours for PA teachers ($5.00 additional fee.) Deadline to register is Friday, May 4, 2018.
