Cannabis as Medicine: A Herbal Primer with Jeananne Laing, RH (AHA), INHC This talk will focus on a broad overview of the therapeutic benefits of cannabis, including its strengths and limitations. We will start with an introduction to the humble cannabis plant and learn a little about its once ubiquitous place as a medicine. We will talk about the multi-dimensional aspects of cannabis medicine, review medical conditions that can be helped by cannabis, and be introduced to various intake methods, dosing and strain selection. Current Canadian laws will also be discussed. Time will be set-aside at the end of the talk for Q & A to get your questions answered.
