CBA's National Conference on Marijuana and Banking

This program is designed to provide critical information to bankers interested in serving the burgeoning marijuana industry and those who want to avoiding banking it - as well as to public officials and others who want to understand the issue. This event takes no position on legalization or use of marijuana, nor banks' decisions to serve the industry or abstain. It only addresses banking issues caused by the conflict of laws when states authorize medical or recreational use of it or hemp, while it remains prohibited federally. This event is intended for banks, public officials and those affiliated with the banks/financial services industry, only. CBA reserves the right to void registrations of those deemed otherwise.
