2018 Olympia Hempfest Organizing Meetings

We invite all that want to join in the organizing of the 2018 Olympia Hempfest. So far we have picked dates and gathered the support of community members that will help produce the event. We will be holding meetings every two weeks starting in April and going until July at which point we will be hosting a meeting every week up until the last week prior to the event. We are hosting these events at Friends of Frankies in Olympia on Wensdays from 4 pm to 7 pm. These will be business meetings, however, you may want to come prepared to partake in the kind and share if you care. We will be seeking folks to take on committees to handle the logistics of the event. For example, we will need to have a committee dedicated to speakers and one dedicated to entertainment. We need people who are good at communication and that we can depend on to handle the assigned homework. Follow up is key! Volunteerism comes with its perks. We will we be hosting a series of private gatherings for our volunteers as well as a private VIP party that will be hosted on the opening night of the 2018 Olympia Hempfest.
