Free Earth Day Beach Cleanup & Yang & Yin to Restore Ganja Yoga

We will be celebrating Earth Day with a Free Ganja Yoga gathering! All you have to do is join us to help clean up our local beaches as we take in the majesty that is Mother Earth. We will then have a special session of our Yang & Yin to Restore Ganja Yoga on the beach! We will provide all trash bags and will dispose of the trash we collect for the group. Our yoga style of the morning is a truly balanced blend of hatha poses to create more release and balance and then we come down to the earth to find restoration poses and a meditative mind. We welcome all levels but must warn that this event has more standing and balance poses compared to our restorative event, so please be sure you are confident in doing more active poses after consuming cannabis as well as spending the rest of your Sunday under the bliss of this beautiful plant. We will be outside, so we won’t have the majority of our cannabis offerings, but we will have a portable vaporizer and vape pens to share with the group. We recommend bringing other options as well to share!
