Buckhannon Pro-cannabis Rally

This is a pro-cannabis rally to educate on the benefits of cannabis. We are battling an opioid epidemic in our state. We have people living with conditions that could be treated in a way that a patient has a better quality of life. We can even lower suicide rates because some of these prescription drugs that are being given out by doctors, have side effects such as suicide.
