Yoga and CBD have a lot in common. Both bring about balance: yoga through a series of postures, breath work and meditation and CBD through its direct impact on the endocannabinoid system that is hardwired to create homeostasis and equilibrium throughout the body. In this class, we will explain the therapeutic uses and benefits of CBD topicals in combination with relaxing yoga poses. Each student will receive 3 samples to use in class and take home with them. This class is free, but requires advanced sign up and is limited to 8 students. Sign up on this event ONLY if you will definitely attend this class. (We will offer this class again in August, if you can't attend this one.) Must be over 21 to attend. About CBD (Cannabidiol): CBD is one of many cannabinoid molecules produced by Cannabis, however it is non-psychoactive (contains zero THC). Research shows that FDA approved CBD has neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, and pain-relieving properties. There is also evidence to show that it has potential therapeutic value in treatment of motivational disorders like depression and anxiety.
