What is Soundbath?Soundbath is a group sound experience in which Jenn plays gongs and quartz crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments in a unique and intuitive manner, designed to guide listeners on a journey of self discovery and inner exploration. The sounds promote deep relaxation and peace, expansion of consciousness, and assist in moving stagnant energy out of the body and clear channels for deep healing and new blessings to enter your life. This is a deeply relaxing and restorative experience that leaves you feeling blissed out and rejuvenated.This is a laying down, comfy event. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else to make yourself comfortable. Come let your stresses fall away as the sounds of the instruments wash over you.You don't need to be an experienced meditator to enjoy this deeply relaxing, self-care experience. And it's perfect for everyone who leads a busy life and will ensure that you take the time for yourself before starting a new week. You'll have an opportutnity to meet other participants in the experience following the soundbath over healthy smoothies to add to your restorative experience. Perfect for professionals, athletes, students, young, old, all backgrounds.
