She is a former communications and strategy executive who found a ‘higher purpose’ in cannabis, with a mission to help open people’s eyes to its versatility and potential. She has woken up to its benefits, using marijuana to overcome opioid dependence and manage chronic pain, as an alternative to alcohol and to ease depression and anxiety. Stephanie is the author of Waking Up to Weed: How Cannabis Can Be Key to Feeling and Aging Better—A Guide to New Uses and Benefits for Your Body, Mind & Life, and proprietor of LoHigh House, a cannabis-friendly private home in LoHi for events, experiences and private rental.    JOIN OUR INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY OF WOMEN!   YOUR LOCAL LEADER… This Gathering discussion will be led by, Ellementa Gathering Leader Colleen Bowe Colleen Bowe founded Nateva Wellness to educate and guide women as they search for alternatives to traditional healthcare. Her mission is to empower women to explore the options that can enhance their self-care journey and improve their quality of life. Formerly with KPMG Consulting, Colleen had a career in service in both the public and private sectors. She has a reputation for delivering solutions and expert advice in a collaborative and collegial manner.
