Clinical, Safety, and Quality Considerations in Medical Cannabis Speakers include Christine Roussel and Brandon Thornton This course is designed to provide pharmacist attendees with actionable information relative to medical cannabis with a focus on clinical management of patients and quality assessment of products to ultimately improve patient safety.  All pharmacists either involved in dispensing cannabis or direct patient management need clinically relevant patient information to ensure safe use of cannabis with other therapies and in patients with other comorbidities. Objectives: 1. Recognize the history of plant-based medicines 2. List the benefits and risks of major cannabinoids; THC and CBD3. Design complementary therapies for palliative care using cannabinoids  This 3 hour CE is available for $60 (non-members) with a reduced price available to ASCPh members ($25). This CE will be available live (3/27/19)  and on-demand (until 3/26/20) Please note: no refunds will be issued.
