Reiki is a healing modality where the practitioner channels Life Force energy. Reiki promotes relaxation, calm, and emotional healing. Her goal is to help people recognize the source of their dis-ease and empower them to help themselves heal.  Ashley first discovered Reiki in 2010, upon attending a metaphysical group.
