Dr. Brian J. Dew, Ph.D : Understanding Current Drug Threats and Trends

Dr. Brian J. Dew will provide an updated perspective on current drug threats and trends impacting Georgia. Using his 15 year history of reporting Metro Atlanta's and statewide drug trends to federal officials, as well as drawing from his 20+ years of research and clinical experience working with substance-using populations, Dr. Dew will focus on the use of vaping/E-Cig use, prescription drug use (benzodiazepines, stimulants, and opiates), heroin, THC, and methamphetamine and its clinical implications for various settings.
