Pam’s “day job” includes community cannabis education at Long Beach Collective Association as well as administration for local cannabis businesses. She is a 17-year Long Beach, CA resident; living with her Long-Beach-native husband in the Zaferia District. Ishqa Hillman is an entrepreneur whose expertise lies in helping people discover their own power and awakening their ability to create a life they love. New to the cannabis space she spent the past 20 years working in corporate america, and in the last 10 found her niche in helping small businesses grow. Her passion for empowering others led to her starting her own business, A Curated Culture in 2019 to help budding and burgeoning businesses establish a healthy and sustainable culture and market strategy.  ABOUT ELLEMENTA: Ellementa organizes Gatherings in over 65 cities connecting women to cannabis and CBD experts and brands.
